Cookies — short version

This website does not use profiling or advertising cookies and does not require a consent banner. We use only privacy-friendly, anonymous measurement and a small number of strictly functional/third-party services described below. No tracking identifier is stored on your device.

Anonymous analytics (Vercel Web Analytics)

We use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement tool. It collects aggregated, anonymous data (page views, referrer, country, device/browser type) without cookies and without storing your IP address or any identifier that can re-identify you. Because the data is anonymous and aggregated, under the Garante's guidelines this does not require prior consent.

Booking (Cal.com)

The "Book your Visual Strategy Session" button opens a scheduling widget provided by Cal.com. The Cal.com script is loaded only after you start interacting with the page, and any data you enter (name, email, chosen time) is processed by Cal.com to manage your booking, under their own privacy policy.

Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Server access logs may be processed by the hosting provider for security and to deliver the site (a strictly necessary purpose). See the Vercel privacy policy.

Fonts and assets

Web fonts are self-hosted on this domain — no request is made to Google Fonts and no IP address is shared with third parties for fonts. A small number of JavaScript libraries (animation) are loaded from public CDNs solely to render the site.

Legal basis and retention

Anonymous analytics relies on our legitimate interest in understanding aggregate site usage; booking data relies on the steps taken at your request / pre-contract. We keep booking-related correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request. Aggregated analytics contains no personal data.

International transfers

Some providers (Vercel, Cal.com) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses / Data Privacy Framework).

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability (GDPR Artt. 15–22), and lodge a complaint with the Garante (garanteprivacy.it). To exercise your rights, contact info@emmeworks.it.
