Kerakoll Group Industrial Lab

We had the opportunity to create the visuals for Kerakoll's new industrial complex in Sassuolo, a project that emphasizes the company's dedication to environmental sustainability and innovation within the construction industry.
Located to the northeast of the historic center of Sassuolo, the new complex spans over 26,000 square meters and includes multiple buildings, including a production plant dedicated to sustainable building products, warehouses for raw materials and finished products, a service area with multifunctional spaces, and a testing laboratory.

The design incorporates elements of innovation and sustainability, aiming to double production capacity and increase employment. Special attention was given to the surrounding green spaces, with approximately 140 new trees planted and pedestrian pathways created to connect the buildings, enhancing both the aesthetic and functional quality of the complex.

Additionally, the installation of 7,670 square meters of photovoltaic panels demonstrates Kerakoll's commitment to clean energy and energy efficiency.
This collaboration with Politecnica resulted in a project that blends aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability, further establishing Kerakoll's position as a leader in the field of sustainable construction.
